Our mission is to build and sustain a diverse community, as well as educate and to advocate on behalf of all residents.

Membership in the NoMa? H St. Civic Association is open to all residents of the NoMa neighborhood. Membership is also open to non-residents who have an interest in the area (business owners, and heads of religious, social, and educational institutions.)
